A shorter newsletter than usual follows as we attend to the details for our in-person gathering at Brasada Ranch next week. For those who will be able to attend, we can’t wait to see you and celebrate all that you have accomplished over the past year!! For those who cannot be there, you will be missed! But never fear, we (Sondra & Nichole) are blocking off lots of time to meet with you 1:1 and get you caught up.
Important Information and Updates
What to Expect at Brasada
At the in-person Community of Practice on April 30-May 2, RSPs will get a preview from Katrina Miller of the Statement of Work (SOW) from DELC for the next biennium. This will be only a draft that has not yet been reviewed or approved through the DELC procurement process, but should give you a solid understanding of what to expect. Once we know the SOW has been approved, we will provide supports on planning. Overall, we are excited because it is looking to be much shorter than you have completed prior. We will be providing training on April 30 that will set the stage for this last stage of planning - along with lots of opportunities to meet 1:1 with us after Brasada and also throughout May and June as needed. Basically, we will be providing you with training about what quality actually looks like in the delivery of IECMH Consultation and how your planning process can support high quality services that align with what we know has the greatest impact and really benefits infants, young children, caregivers, early educators, and families. It is exciting to think of how much progress has been made this year! Thank you all for your dedicated leadership and vision throughout this year!
