Updates From Us

We're thrilled to share some exciting updates on all the great things happening at Oregon Infant Mental Health Association (ORIMHA) this month.

Endorsed Professionals.

This is a reminder that your annual renewal deadline is approaching! You are able to complete your Endorsement at any point between now and the deadline, 12.31.2023.

Renewal is a quick process taking 5-15 minutes! Please reach out to our endorsement coordinator at endorsement@or-imha.org with any specific questions.

Requirements for Renewal:

  • You must have active membership with ORIMHA and can renew using this link: https://www.orimha.org/membership. Please reach out to our membership coordinator at andrea@or-imha.org with specific questions.

  • 15-Hours of IMH training obtained through the 2023 year. (This can be one long training, or multiple shorter trainings)

    • One of the hours must be centered on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in IMH.

    • If you are a provider of reflective supervision (RSC), 3 of the hours much be on RSC.

  • 12 hours of Reflective Supervision Received in 2023. *Only for categories: IFS, IFRS, IMHS, and IMHM-C;

If you no longer wish to maintain your endorsement, please let us know and we will remove you from the registry. If you do not renew by 12.31.23, you will be removed from the Endorsement registry and no longer be able to use your I/ECMH-E®credential.

To use EASy for annual Endorsement® renewal, please follow these steps:

1.     Login to EASy: https://orimha.myeasy.org/

2.     Under the Endorsement tab, select “My Endorsements” (If you hold multiple Endorsements and want to renew each, you only need to enter your information into one Endorsement. You are able to copy that information to the other endorsements to renew)

3.    In your application go to the training tab, you will enter as many training entries as needed to fulfill the 15-hour annual renewal requirement (you do not need to add more than that and you do not need to select competencies for your trainings)

4.     For categories that require RSC (IFS, IMHS, IFRS, and IMHM-C), go to the supervision tab and add a new entry for the RSC you received in the 2023 year (do not add on to a previous entry)

5.     Go to the status tab where you will be prompted to read and agree to the Code of Ethics

6.     Select the Submit Endorsement for Renewal button (which will show up after you have completed the other required steps)

The EASy Administrator will contact you if they have any questions about your renewal and you will receive an automated email from EASy that notifies you that your Endorsement® was renewed.

Just a friendly reminder.

If you had membership prior to ORIMHA switching to a rolling or “anniversary” membership, your membership will become inactive on 12.31.23. Please verify membership, and renew if needed, to continue to have access to all the benefits of membership. Please remember, moving forward, membership will begin on the date of purchase and is active for 365 days. If you have questions about membership or need assistance with renewal, please reach out to our membership coordinator at andrea@or-imha.org. m
